About:
America Roof Solution was entrusted with the roofing replacement for the Rise School of Austin, a nonprofit educational facility serving young children of all abilities. The project required not only technical precision but also strict adherence to safety standards to ensure a secure environment for students and staff throughout the process.
The scope covered 30,200 square feet, including removal of the deteriorated roofing system and installation of a new, energy-efficient TPO membrane roof. Our team scheduled the work during off-hours and weekends to avoid disruption to classroom activities, while maintaining full site safety compliance.
Scope of Work:
Install Carlisle SureWeld 60 mil TPO membrane fully mechanically attached over 1/2" dens deck cover board mechanically attached and 2 layers of 2.2 ISO.
Install 3,200 Sq. Ft. of 24ga. prefinished metal R-Panel wall panels at exterior elevations shown (MP-01).
Install 1,400 Sq. Ft. of 24ga. prefinished metal flush soffit panels at reflected ceilings shown.
Outcome:
The Rise School project was completed seamlessly, with zero disruption to school operations and full satisfaction from the administration. The new roofing system enhances weather resistance, energy efficiency, and the long-term integrity of the facility—supporting the school’s mission with a safer, more reliable infrastructure. This project underscores America Roof Solution’s commitment to quality, safety, and service in educational environments.
