America Roof Solution was selected to complete the roofing system for Centro West Block, a newly developed mixed-use property in the heart of San Antonio, Texas. Designed to serve both commercial and residential tenants, this project required a roofing solution that combined durability, energy performance, and architectural integration.
The scope included 19,800 square feet of roofing surface across multiple connected structures. We installed a high-performance TPO membrane system, offering long-term protection against the region’s intense sun and rain while supporting the development’s sustainability goals. The project demanded seamless coordination with the construction team to ensure smooth integration with other structural and façade elements.
Scope of Work:
Install Carlisle SureWeld 60 mil TPO membrane fully adhered over two layers of 2.2 ISO and 1/2" cover board dens deck prime.
Vapor Barrier applied to the concrete deck.
Outcome:
The Centro West Block roofing project was completed successfully and in alignment with construction timelines, contributing to the property's modern appearance and environmental performance. The finished system delivers long-term protection, thermal efficiency, and a sleek, clean profile—perfectly matching the vision of this high-end urban development.
