America Roof Solution was selected to lead the roof replacement project for Eastlake Tillery, a modern, multi-tenant commercial property located in Austin, Texas. The client required a roofing system that would align with the building’s contemporary design while offering long-term durability, energy efficiency, and minimal maintenance.
The project encompassed approximately 56,000 square feet of roofing surface. Our team removed the existing roof membrane, performed substrate repairs, and installed a high-performance TPO roofing system—ideal for commercial properties in Texas due to its heat-reflective properties and resistance to UV exposure.
Given the active business operations within the building, our team implemented a tightly coordinated work schedule to reduce noise and maintain safe access for tenants and visitors. The work was completed swiftly and professionally, with no disruption to daily operations.
Scope of Work:
Carlisle 60 mil SureWeld TPO membrane fully adhered over two layers of 2.0 ISO and 1/2" dense deck prime.
