America Roof Solution was commissioned to perform a complete new roof installation for a commercial strip mall located in the heart of Hutto, Texas. This high-traffic retail complex, home to multiple local businesses, required a durable and energy-efficient roofing system that could withstand Texas's intense weather conditions while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
The project involved the installation of a new TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) single-ply roofing membrane—a solution known for its longevity, reflectivity, and low maintenance requirements.
Given the commercial nature of the property, our team implemented a phased execution strategy to minimize the chance of delayed project delivery.
Scope of Work:
Install Carlisle SureWeld 60-mil TPO membrane mechanically attached over two layers of 2.2 ISO.
