America Roof Solution was contracted to carry out a full roof replacement for the HEB store in Dripping Springs, Texas—a high-traffic retail location critical to the local community. The client required a reliable, weather-resistant roofing system that could handle heavy usage, regional climate demands, and integrate seamlessly with ongoing store operations.
Spanning 39,750 square feet, the project involved the removal of the existing roof and installation of a reinforced TPO membrane system, chosen for its energy efficiency, long-term durability, and ease of maintenance. Our team followed strict scheduling and safety protocols to complete the work without interfering with store hours or customer access.

113,600 SF total of Carlisle SureWeld 80 mil TPO membrane mechanically attached system 1/4" Dens Deck cover board mechanically attached with two layers of roof insulation mechanically attached and 1/2" Dens Deck substrate board mechanically attached.
