America Roof Solution was contracted to complete a full roofing system replacement for the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Austin, Texas. In this hospitality property, quality, aesthetics, and operational continuity are critical. The goal was to provide a long-lasting, low-maintenance roofing solution that matched the brand’s premium standards while minimizing guest disruption.
Spanning 19,500 square feet, the project required careful removal of the existing roof and installation of a new TPO membrane roofing system, chosen for its UV resistance, energy efficiency, and clean appearance. Working closely with hotel management, our team implemented a phased execution plan to ensure that guests and staff were unaffected throughout the process.
Scope of Work:
Install Carlisle SureWeld 60 mil TPO membrane fully adhered over 1/2" high density ISO.
